Nocturnal Creatures – Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how tickets, memberships and physical products purchased through Nocturnal Creatures are delivered.

Digital Event Tickets
All event tickets are delivered electronically.

Tickets are generally emailed to the email address provided during checkout within one (1) hour of successful payment.

If you have not received your ticket:
Check your Junk or Spam folder.
Ensure the email address entered during checkout is correct.
Contact us at invitations@nocturnalcreatures.com.au if your ticket cannot be located.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a valid email address.

Membership Confirmation
Where membership requires approval through our vetting process, payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Applicants will receive notification of the outcome within 1–7 business days after completing all required membership steps.

Once a member is approved, membership purchases are confirmed via email following successful payment within (1) hour or 1–7 business days if applying for Society or platinum membership.

If you do not receive an acceptance email with your chosen membership choice please contact us at invitations@nocturnalcreatures.com.au

BRUXA Membership Gifts
Some memberships include complimentary BRUXA products.

Dispatch estimates are:

Australia - Dispatched within approximately 2 weeks of purchase.
International - Dispatched within approximately 3 weeks of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing and courier services.

Shipping Destinations
BRUXA membership products are shipped globally (Excluding South America, Africa, Russia & India)

If we are unable to ship to your country, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Delivery Delays
Occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
courier delays
customs processing
public holidays
weather events
supply chain disruptions
Should a significant delay occur, we will contact you using the email address provided during purchase.

Nocturnal Creatures – Returns & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 30/07/2026

We aim to provide clear and fair refund practices while recognising the planning required for our events and memberships.

Event Tickets
Refund requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Refunds are not available:

within seven (7) days of an event
for failure to attend an event
due to change of mind
for Meet & Greet events
Ticket transfers may be available with at least 48 hours' notice and are subject to approval.

Membership Fees
Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing only.

Membership benefits remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.

Annual memberships remain active until the end of the annual term.

Membership Applications
Payment of a membership application fee covers administration, assessment and the vetting process.

Completion of the application process does not guarantee approval.

Application or vetting fees are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

BRUXA Membership Products
If a BRUXA product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
